Model railroading is best when you can build in/on modules. You can start building just one smaller module as a piece of a puzzle to add to modules of your friends. This way you can be active with the hobby and socialise with friends all over the place.

The Black and white picture to the right shows me doing some trainspotting overlooking my V65 when i drive it on a modul-track Dec 30 2006 in Stockholm. This was my first ever outing with my own gear on track. Lovely experience with the magic of digital control.
